16. Vision and Roadmap

Redefining IT Infrastructure for a Sustainable Future

At NoCarbIT, our vision is to revolutionize how we think about IT infrastructure. Today, we rely on IT systems that aren’t built with sustainability or resilience in mind. Our goal is to change that—to create IT infrastructures that are fully green, scalable, and independent of traditional dependencies.

We aim to demonstrate, at multiple locations and on a global scale, that a new approach to planning and calculation can break the current dependencies that limit IT infrastructures. By proving that sustainable, modular, and scalable solutions are viable, we can set a new standard for how IT infrastructure is built and managed.

Short-Term and Long-Term Company Goals:

  • Short-Term Goals (ST):
    • Build and sell IT Cubes and develop various versions tailored to different industry needs.
    • Showcase the flexibility of our modular designs by building prototypes for use in diverse applications, including specialized containers.
  • Long-Term Goals (LT):
    • Create a completely new approach to IT infrastructure that minimizes environmental impact and maximizes flexibility.
    • Establish NoCarbIT as the industry standard for sustainable IT infrastructure, demonstrating that “IT can be 100% green—and it should be.”

Product Development Roadmap:

  • Short-Term (ST):
    • Focus on developing the base IT Cube, along with specialized versions such as military-grade long term containers and customized parts for niche markets.
  • Long-Term (LT):
    • Expand the base IT Cube design to be the foundation for all kinds of specialized containers, enabling wide-ranging applications across industries while maintaining sustainability and flexibility.

Scaling Strategy:

  • Short-Term (ST):
    • Identify and secure contracts with key partners, including manufacturing and sales partners, to ensure smooth and scalable production.
    • Start selling IT Cubes and begin establishing a footprint in key markets.
  • Long-Term (LT):
    • Win strategic tenders for high-profile IT infrastructure projects.
    • Establish Zero and Negative Carbon IT Hubs around the world—locations powered entirely by renewable energy and designed to eliminate carbon emissions.
    • Respond to increased demand by building additional production facilities (with a build time of 3 to 9 months) or by acquiring existing factories and adapting them to our production standards (within 4 to 12 months).

Earning and Growth Strategy:

  • Over the next five years, we plan to deploy additional IT Cubes that will generate consistent revenue from various sources. This revenue will fuel our organic growth while we continue to scale operations globally, proving that IT infrastructure can be both sustainable and profitable.
